Lieutenant Dan Norris has met the demands of a diverse law enforcement career with success and is prepared to lead the South Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office into a new era, an era that must transform with the changes that are inevitable within the community. “Service Above and Beyond” describes the level of commitment that citizens deserve from their public safety officials.
As Constable of Precinct 3, there will be a commitment to process and execute both civil and criminal court orders effectively and efficiently while upholding the law with respect and compassion to those in need.
